Role Overview As Senior Director, Facility Operations Business, you own the business backbone of OCI facilities— financial rigor, process scalability, vendor economics, and operational data transparency.
Key Responsibilities
• Own budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and financial performance for facilities operations.
• Lead process re-engineering, digital enablement, and operational automation initiatives.
• Define and publish KPI frameworks and executive reporting for operational health and spend.
• Drive adoption of enterprise business tools supporting scale and compliance.
