Role Overview
As a Property Manager, you will own end-to-end management of OCI property assets supporting mission-critical operations. This role ensures building services, vendors, compliance, and tenant relationships operate to the standards required for high-uptime environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Own lease administration, budgeting, vendor contracts, and operational service delivery for assigned properties or campuses.
• Lead capital planning and execution support for upgrades, compliance projects, and lifecycle improvements.
• Manage performance of service providers; enforce SLAs, safety requirements, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain readiness for audits/inspections and ensure safety, security, and emergency preparedness plans are in place and practiced.
• Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and issue escalation to site and regional stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering and facilities teams to ensure property decisions support uptime, access control, and operational constraints.
