Compensation
- $17.00 per hour plus commission
- Top performers consistently earn well above base pay through sales incentives
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their needs to recommend the right phones, plans, and accessories
- Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash management
- Process sales using point-of-sale systems with proper documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized store floor at all times
- Resolve customer questions and issues with professionalism and a positive attitude
Requirements
- Prior experience in phone or wireless retail sales is required — knowledge of smartphones, carriers, or mobile plans is a strong plus
- Must be available to work weekends
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math and cash handling experience
- Familiarity with point-of-sale or retail software systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
