Duties

- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, gather feedback, or promote products and services.
- Assist customers with data entry tasks, updating account information accurately within our systems.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments securely when necessary, maintaining accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance overall client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English is essential, along with proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, or others.
- Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation tasks.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns or customer client services is advantageous.
