We are seeking a consultative, results-oriented professional to support dealer fixed operations across the greater Philadelphia and New Jersey area. This role requires residence in, or willingness to relocate to, the Philadelphia region and includes regular local travel. As a trusted advisor, you will support the growth and retention of Ally’s F&I products by delivering strategic guidance, exceptional service, and hands-on consulting to assigned dealer accounts. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to mitigate claims leakage, influence dealer behaviors that impact loss performance, and consistently achieve territory goals. You will leverage data, insights, and behavioral principles such as the Hawthorne Effect to drive sustainable performance improvements. Additionally, you will serve as a technical subject matter expert in matrix partner meetings, contributing to discussions around financial structure, profitability, and operational effectiveness.
