Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) degree

A minimum of five (5) years of experience designing, simulating, implementing, testing, integrating, verifying, validating and delivering RF/Microwave products.

Experience with using Ansys HFSS, CST, or FEKO.

The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:

M.S. in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in RF/Microwave.

Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in RF/Microwave.

Specific design experience with one or more of the following products: phased array antennas, radiating elements, beam formers, power splitters, feed networks, couplers, filters, circulators, RF modules/assemblies.

Experience with microwave test equipment and calibration techniques especially use of a vector network analyzer; or experience in antenna range testing.

Experience with antenna range test techniques.
-
Experience with root cause and corrective action (RCCA) investigations.
-
Experience with requirement generation and verification.
-
Experience using Keysight ADS, Matlab, and AutoCAD.

Hardware experience at microwave and millimeter-wave frequencies.

Experience with requirement generation and verification.

Leadership experience including coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to junior team members.

The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
