Description:You will be the Financial Management Associate for the Financial Management team. Our team is responsible for gathering and analyzing program data for CSR reporting, establishing budgets, developing EACs, supporting Production PMTs, and monitoring overall program health at the contract level.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Management Associate you will be responsible for providing accurate financial data and analysis to support program management and decision‑making.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Collect and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly CSR data for program reporting.
- Establish and maintain program budgets and develop Estimate at Completion (EAC) forecasts.
- Provide financial support to Production PMTs and coordinate with Production Control, Engineering, and Orlando finance teams.
- Monitor contract‑level program health and identify variances.
- Travel to Orlando as needed to collaborate with program stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college in Finance or Business Administration or a related discipline.
Desired Skills:Ability to develop and use pivot tables and databases to obtain data and develop reports such as tableau reporting.
A good understanding of standard time application, learning curve theory, and hours per unit or cost per unit.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel and Power Point.
Team Player.
Ability to develop affirmative working relationships and to interface with all levels of personnel in a positive manner.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
