To be prepared for this role, qualified candidates will possess:
• Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment, including managing teams is required.
• Experience in managing food and beverage service in Theme Parks, Zoos, Multi Outlet Food Concepts (ie. Food Court) is preferred.
• Ability to work an event based schedule which will include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, analysis, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast paced environment, ensure guest service standards are executed at a high level, and meeting our guest and client expectations.
