What this role does
As a Sales Producer, you write new business — auto, home, life, bundle products — for customers who come to us through Indeed leads, dialer campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals. You quote, present, close, and follow up. We give you the leads and the tools — you bring the work ethic.
Day-to-day:
- Take inbound and outbound calls (Convoso dialer connects you to qualified prospects)
- Quote auto, home, renters, condo, life, umbrella across multiple carriers
- Present coverage options, overcome objections, close the sale
- Bundle multi-product policies for higher commissions
- Cross-sell life insurance to existing P&C customers
- Document in Salesforce, follow up on quoted-not-bound deals
- Get coached on SellMeThisPen (SMTP) framework — we measure call quality and pay you to improve it
Compensation — $70K-$100K+ total annual comp at target
- Uncapped tiered commission: Emerging (0-29 items/mo), Pro (30-39), Elite (40+) — Elite tier earns 2-3x base in commissions alone
- Monthly stackable bonuses: Green-by-15th ($25/item retroactive when you hit 20 VC items by mid-month), bundle protection ($50-$100/qualifying account), life appointment kept ($500 if 10+ kept appts), cross-sale conversion ($25/conversion), SMTP score bonuses ($250-$500/month for high call quality)
- Top performers exceed $120K. Real numbers — we publish monthly comp reports internally.
What we're looking for
- Active Colorado P&C insurance license PREFERRED — but if you don't have one, we'll sponsor your study materials, exam fee, and paid training time for the right candidate
- You compete. Daily numbers matter to you. You want to be a top producer, not just clock in.
- Comfortable on the phone for 6+ hours a day, 70+ outbound calls
- Spanish + English fluency strongly preferred
- Sales experience in any field (insurance, auto, retail, B2B) a plus
- Salesforce experience a plus, but trainable
