B2B SALES CLOSER - Energy Systems / Power Systems Clean Energy Solutions
(Base + High Uncapped Commission)

Pay: $35,000 – $250,000+ per year (Base + High UNCAPPED Commission)
Schedule: 8-hour shift | (On-Site for at least 1 Year)
Travel: Up to 25% (Preferred) | Driver’s License Required

BigBattery is scaling fast in one of the hottest categories in the economy: lithium energy storage (solar, off-grid, commercial, industrial, EV support). The demand is real, the market is expanding, and we need sales killers who want to win.
This is not a “sit back and wait for leads” job. This is a performance role for people who want a big commission check, a real product, and a team that moves fast.
What You’ll Do (Daily)
- Prospect hard: cold outreach + warm leads + networking + strategic lead generation
- Run discovery calls and meetings with decision-makers (owners, ops, procurement, project leads)
- Recommend the right energy storage solution - then drive the deal to close
- Present proposals, handle objections, negotiate terms, and get signatures
- Build a pipeline you can forecast - and hit targets consistently
- Track activity and pipeline cleanly in the CRM
- Stay sharp on pricing, competitor positioning, and what’s happening in the market
On-site training: 1 week to get you up to speed, then ongoing coaching and support.
Who We Want
Required:
- 1+ year B2B sales experience (more is better)
- You’re confident, competitive, and relentless about follow-up
- Strong negotiation skills and comfort asking for the order
- Organized, fast-moving, and responsive
- Professional phone presence and high urgency
- Valid driver’s license
Big plus if you have:
- Solar / electrical / power systems experience
- Technical sales experience
- CRM fluency (GSuite, ZOHO, etc.)
- Strong outbound background (cold call/email/LinkedIn)

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Proactively identify and develop new Business-to-Business opportunities through cold outreach, distributed warm leads, networking, and strategic lead generation
- Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships across key industries
- Assess client needs and recommend customized energy storage solutions
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, manage your pipeline, and report on key sales metrics
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings to position BigBattery effectively
- One week on-site training
Requirements needed to apply:
- 1–3+ years of successful Business-to-Business sales experience
- Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Reliable and prompt customer attention
Bonus Qualities:
- Prior experience in the solar industry
- Prior experience in technical sales
- Experience in Power/Electrical Systems
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

- $35K base salary + Uncapped Commission. Some current reps are on-track to make $380K/YR.
