Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Project Manager who is a hands-on builder with 3 to 5 years of proven expertise in managing and executing complex Salesforce implementations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise software systems, cloud computing platforms, and IT infrastructure. Duties
- Build in Salesforce Daily
- Create and refine dashboards, reports, and workflows
- Configure objects, fields, and automations (Flows)
- Turn rough ideas into working solutions quickly
- Translate Business Needs into Systems
- Work directly with leadership to shape and define:
- Dealer reporting
- Agent performance tracking
- Customer service reporting
- Billing, commissions, and reserves visibility
- Territory tracking
- Ask the right questions and fill in gaps when requirements aren’t fully defined
- Iterate Fast
- Prototype → test → adjust → improve
- Ship usable solutions quickly, then refine based on feedback
- Own Your Work
- Manage your own priorities and keep momentum without heavy structure
- Spot inefficiencies and suggest better ways to do things
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin or similar)
- Strong skills in: Reports & dashboards, Flow / automation, Data structure (objects, relationships)
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements
- A builder mindset — you like creating, not just coordinating
- Strong communication — can sit with non-technical stakeholders and translate needs
- Self-starter who doesn’t wait for perfect direction
Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
