About this Position The PIM/DAM Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our e-Commerce and B2B business initiatives, ensuring that product information is accurately reflected across all digital platforms. This position involves collecting and maintaining product information and digital assets, coordinating approval processes, and ensuring timely and accurate updates in our PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems.
What you´ll do
- Manage and support product content operations across PIM & DAM systems, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely data and asset management.
- Oversee content quality and governance, including compliance with standards, localization, and readiness for digital channels.
- Act as the central coordination point between cross-functional stakeholders (SBUs, country teams, agencies, IT) to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Lead enablement initiatives such as training, onboarding, and stakeholder upskilling on systems and data processes.
- Drive process execution and project coordination, including timelines, approvals, issue escalation, and optimization of product content for digital performance.
- Additionally, the role includes a strong hands-on component, as it involves operational validation, detailed checks, and active follow-up with stakeholders.
