Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the AI team to help build complex algorithms that provide unique insights into our data using images, text, documents, and other structured and unstructured data sources
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI solutions in support of business and operational objectives
- Contribute to the development of LLM-based and multimodal AI applications, including use cases such as intelligent document processing, semantic search, summarization, question answering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Develop and support scalable data pipelines and data engineering workflows to enable efficient data ingestion, transformation, feature generation, and model deployment.
- Work with modern Generative AI platforms and model ecosystems, including Azure Open AI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or similar technologies, to prototype and operationalize AI solutions. Apply ML Ops and LLM Ops best practices to support model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
Must Have Skills:
- Experience with the Python programming language, including libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn and open-source OCR models
- Deep hands-on experience building computer vision and anomaly detection systems involving algorithm development in field such as image segmentation. Familiarity with Generative AI development patterns such as embeddings, fine-tuning, retrieve augmented generation (RAG)
- Competence with Generative AI platforms and services such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or similar solutions
- Experience with data engineering concepts and data pipeline techniques, including data ingestion, transformation, ETL/ELT workflows, data preprocessing, and feature pipeline development
