What you´ll do
- Maintain and service existing accounts by providing technical/ application, logistics, and quality support.
- Cultivate, qualify, and validate leads.
- Actively manage pricing system
- Support customer special requests including: order release, credit limit, debit/credit, customer complaints, agreements, and price quotations.
- Serve as lead contact for distribution partners: transactional processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards, price and contract management.
- Manage customer base to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively seeking feedback and expeditiously addressing customer concerns.
- Coordinate with technical team to conduct line trials, troubleshoot, identify cost saving opportunities, and provide continuous improvement.
