TheDir Commercial Operations – Poweris responsible forbuilding and leading commercial operations of the Power Innovations business, working closely with development, operations, finance, and regulatory teams to integrate andoperatenewly developed assets in a rapidly evolving power business.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Leads the commercial management of natural gas–powered generation, including all operational, commercial, and market interfaces
- Manages power purchase agreements and oversees the seamless integration of new power delivery projects into day‑to‑day commercial operations
- Supports the development of commercial deal structures, including pricing, term sheets, risk allocation, performance guarantees, and credit/security requirements, in collaboration with business development, finance, risk, and legal
- Partners with development and engineering teams to design andoptimizeproject configurations (size, technology, location, and offtake structure) to maximize returns and long‑term value
- Provides market intelligence on power, capacity, and ancillary markets, constraints, and regulatory developments, translating insights into actionable commercial strategies
- Develops and manages key relationships with customers, regulators, and strategic partners to position the company as a preferred operator and counterparty
- Establishes commercial performance metrics, forecasts, and reporting, and regularly briefs executive leadership on commercial operations, asset performance, stakeholder relationships, and portfolio value creation opportunities

Education/Years of Experience:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering,businessor related fieldanda minimum of ten (10) years' relevant proven experience
- Preferred: Master's degree in engineering,businessor related fieldanda minimum of fifteen (15) years' relevant industry experience
- Demonstratedtrack recordimplementing and managing power purchase agreements for natural gas fired power plants
- Strong understanding of North American power markets, including ISO/RTO structures, utility procurement processes, interconnection dynamics, and regulatory/compliance considerations
- Proven experience working cross functionally with development, engineering, finance, risk, legal, and operations to bring projects or deals from concept to close
- Management experience leading commercial, commercial operations, or business development teams, including setting strategy, KPIs, and coaching talent
- Strategic thinker able to translate market trends and policy changes into clear commercial strategies and offerings
- Excellent negotiation and contract skills, with experience in complex,multi-partyagreementsand long sales cycles
