Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize SAP solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical expertise on SAP capabilities.
- Design and implement SAP system landscapes, including system architecture, integration points, and data flows.
- Develop and maintain SAP programs, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Optimize SAP system performance by analyzing system logs, monitoring resource utilization, and implementing performance tuning techniques.
- Develop and maintain SAP integrations with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Create and maintain SAP reports, dashboards, and analytics to monitor and improve business performance.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP systems and applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP features and functionalities and recommend and implement improvements as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and development standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, assisting with SAP-related inquiries and issues.
- Document SAP configurations, customizations, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an SAP Architect or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP solutions, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or other SAP modules.
- Proficiency in SAP programming and development.
- Experience with SAP system architecture and landscape design.
- Familiarity with SAP integrations and interfaces.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and principles.
