Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their mobile needs through active listening and engaging conversations
- Demonstrate device features, accessories, and new products confidently to educate customers and enhance their experience
- Assist customers with selecting suitable plans, devices, and accessories that meet their lifestyle and budget
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales goals
- Manage product merchandising, stock levels, and inventory to ensure an appealing and well-organized store environment
- Handle cash transactions accurately through POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting remote or incoming inquiries, ensuring clear communication at all times
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and effectively
- Previous retail sales or grocery store experience is a plus for understanding customer service dynamics
- Supervising experience is beneficial for leadership opportunities within the team
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer communities
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions
- Experience with product demos, merchandising, stocking, and retail math to support store operations
- Knowledge of phone etiquette, upselling techniques, customer service best practices, and sales strategies
