Overview
The Parking Supervisor supports the Parking Facility Manager in overseeing daily parking operations, frontline staff performance, and customer service delivery at assigned parking locations. This role serves as the on-site operational lead during assigned shifts, ensuring staffing coverage, safe operations, revenue controls, and a positive customer experience.
The Parking Supervisor plays a critical role in executing established procedures, reinforcing safety and service standards, and acting as the first point of escalation for staff, guests, and operational issues.
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Support day-to-day parking operations, including staffing coverage, valet services, traffic flow, and customer service.
- Serve as the on-site supervisor during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, shift coverage, and schedule adjustments as needed.
- Monitor parking activity and address operational issues in real time.
People Leadership
- Supervise, train, and support frontline parking and valet staff.
- Reinforce company policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
- Assist with coaching, performance feedback, and corrective actions as directed by the Parking Facility Manager.
- Ensure staff are properly trained on equipment, procedures, and customer service expectations.
Customer Service & Client Support
- Address customer questions, concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally.
- Escalate client or guest issues to the Parking Facility Manager as appropriate.
- Help maintain strong day-to-day relationships with on-site client contacts.
Facility Maintenance & Safety
- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
- Report equipment issues (gates, kiosks, pay stations, signage) and assist with maintenance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and incident reporting procedures.
- Support loss prevention and risk reduction efforts.
Financial & Administrative Support
- Assist with basic revenue controls, including monitoring cashier activity and reporting discrepancies.
- Support daily logs, shift reports, and operational documentation.
- Follow established procedures for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
