The Global Intelligent Sensing & Reconnaissance (Global ISR) business within the Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) BU of Raytheon, is looking for a Program Scheduler to lead numerous international programs, varying in size. The role is onsite in Westford, Massachusetts and is an integral part of the various program teams. This is a unique role due to the entity being a Goodrich business and operating as a wholly owned subsidiary. We utilize Collins SAP and Earned Value for Project tools. Excellent communication skills are required for interactions with, and guidance for, cross-functional teams.
While in this role, the ideal candidate will provide guidance and analysis in the areas of Project Management, Scheduling, and Variance Analysis. The candidate will become an integral part of the Program Management Team providing advice, reporting needs, and analysis on creation and execution of the program plan.
What You Will Do:

Work closely with cost analyst(s) and program team, monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure the contractual schedule objectives are met

Ensure cost and schedule are continuously reconciled, while taking steps to correct any mismatched items and addressing root causes

Ensure major projects are integrated across various functional groups including Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, OSC, etc.

Own project schedules, soliciting regular updates, identifying and resolving critical path and network logic conflicts

Utilize schedule analysis, metrics, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances

Work with senior scheduler to prepare, develop and coordinate the integrated master plans and integrated master schedules
Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience

Experience with Program Scheduling in Defense industry

Proficiency with Microsoft Project

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
