Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising a security response force (security, law enforcement and/or military)

Experience in the development and/or delivery of security or law enforcement related training programs.

Experience with basic Incident Command System (ICS) procedures
-
Experience leading security response officers working 24/7/365 schedules
-
Experience with planning, scheduling, organizing, directing work and recommending employees for employment, awards, discipline, termination or retention
-
Experience reviewing, editing, and approving daily security or law enforcement (or related field) reports
-
Experience using a Records Management System to document security incidents
Qualifications We Prefer
-
Masters’ degree with a major in Business, Criminal Justice, or related field
-
10 years of supervisorial experience in security, law enforcement and/or military.

Experience leading a team with a Community Service approach to security or law enforcement operations
-
Active Top-Secret DoD security clearance
-
Physical Security Professional (PSP) or other related industry certifications
-
Experience creating a team environment and rallying a team around a common mission, vision and goals
-
The ability to work effectively and comfortably with internal/external customers of all levels
-
Knowledge of physical and electronic security protocols and equipment/systems
-
Completion of baseline National Incident Management System (NIMS) Training Program courses and curriculum
-
Knowledge of the NISPOM, JAFAN, and ICD as applicable
-
Instructor level certifications in security or law enforcement related fields

Strong written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
