Partner with stakeholders, customers, product owners, and solution architects to understand, capture, and translate complex business problems into elegant and durable technical solutions.

Communicate and present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Technically lead, mentor, coach, and contribute to an application development team (typically 4-8 members) designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining technical solutions.

Collaborate with application developers to create and manage prioritized application technical roadmaps.

Partner with product ownership and stakeholders to manage and prioritize an application portfolio backlog of new features, existing application enhancements, and infrastructural interoperability requirements.

Provide technical expertise and leadership across multiple application development teams as needed in addressing significant application challenges and driving them to resolution.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience.

Front-end development experience with modern frameworks: Typescript (Angular, React, or similar), CSS (Bootstrap, FontAwesome, or similar), JavaScript (Angular JS, jQuery, or similar)Back-end development experience with technologies and frameworks such as: Java, Python, .Net, MVC Frameworks (Spring Boot, .NET Core, Flask or similar), ORM's (JPA, EFCore or similar), Testing Frameworks (JUnit, Pytest, XUnit or similar)

Demonstrated technical leadership experience in a scrum agile development environment.
Qualifications We Prefer

Extensive understanding of full stack web application development.

Design and query experience with Oracle, MariaDB (MySQL), and/or SQL Server.

Extensive knowledge of Object Oriented design patterns, cloud-native architecture and database automation (eg Liquibase, EF Core Management or similar)

Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
