Assisting the capture leads with new business initiatives, proposal activity, gate packages & negotiations

Ensure successful development of cost rationale, tests of reasonableness, audit responses and negotiation strategy

Ensure compliance with FAR and internal estimating requirements and perform management reviews

Supporting DCMA & DCAA data requests and audits where applicable
-
Proactively communicate status, priorities and requirements with leadership and proposal personnel
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
-
Ideal professional experience will be related to financial analysis in a highly matrixed organization
-
Experience in defense or aerospace industry
-
Experience with interpreting and providing guidance on FAR/DFAR/TINA
-
Ability to understand, interpret, apply and enforce company proposal related policies, procedures and concepts
-
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience with government regulations related to the development and negotiation of US and Foreign cost proposals (FAR, DFARS, CAS, TINA) and supporting the DCAA/DCMA audit process

Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills

Ability to multi-task and be able to support a dynamic team environment

Knowledge of the DoD Acquisition Process

Experience working with the ProPricer pricing tool, SBT Engineering estimating tool, SAP, BW, etc

Experience with competitive proposals

Ability to apply, interpret, and provide financial guidance on Raytheon Policies and Procedures

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
