Master’s in Public Policy or Administration, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.

Certified Court Clerk Level II, Certified Municipal Court Clerk (Level III) from the Texas Court Clerks Association or Certified Court Manager (CCM) with the National Association for Court Management (NACM).

Five (5) years’ experience overseeing large volume operations or support services, and high-level administrative functions.

Knowledge of court performance standards to evaluate and improve court services.

Skilled in overseeing high volume complex caseloads across multiple case types (traffic, non-traffic, civil, and parking).

Ability to draft, implement, and interpret court rules, administrative policies, and procedures.

Ability to liaise effectively with judges, attorneys, government agencies, elected and appointed officials, and the public.

Strong commitment to integrity, confidentiality, impartiality, and the ethical administration of justice.

Comfortable presenting information to high level management.
