What You'll Be Doing
- Execute and maintain core HR Operations processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability across all business lines
- Lead and support HR projects, including process improvements, system enhancements, audits, and policy or procedure updates
- Develop, maintain, and analyze HR dashboards and metrics to support operational decision‑making
- Facilitate HR training sessions, including performance management and core HR processes, to support manager and employee capability
- Support employee relations activities, including documentation and limited‑scope investigations, while maintaining confidentiality and consistency
What Are We Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business (or equivalent experience) and 2-4 years of hands-on HR Operations/Generalist experience, including HRIS transactions, documentation, and exposure to core HR functions such as leave, unemployment, and compliance
- Maintain accurate HRIS data, compliant documentation, and timely HR operations while independently managing HR administrative workflows and employee relations cases.
- Ability to lead and support HR projects, process improvements, and system enhancements, demonstrate strong organizational analytical, and project coordination skills.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, metrics, and reporting to enable informed, data driven decision making.
- Readiness to deliver HR training and cross functional communication with strong collaboration skills and sound judgement when handling sensitive information.
Work Environment
This is an office‑based role supporting employees and leaders across multiple business lines. The position involves regular collaboration with HR team members, payroll, managers, and external partners. Responsibilities include hands‑on HR operations execution, project coordination, training facilitation, and light office administrative support to ensure a consistent and professional employee experience.
