Job Summary
This role sits within Hilton's Distribution Services team, a critical function of the Global Distribution Organization that builds automated solutions and designs processes to support the execution of compensation terms across Hilton's vast network of partner agreements. In this position, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate payment of Group Meetings and Events commissions, working to ensure that the commission-related needs of Hilton's 6,500+ hotels and meeting planner companies are consistently met and exceeded. You will play a key role in the commission payment process cycle, performing data analysis, reconciliations, and customer service support while contributing to process improvements within the FastPay program. Responsibilities
- Research information and analyze data to arrive at objective conclusions, recommendations, and plans of action within the FastPay program
- Suggest and implement improvements related to FastPay processes and procedures
- Manage the commission payment process cycle through research, special projects, and internal control procedures
- Perform reconciliations of hotel supporting documentation to meeting planner company invoices, including researching, resolving, and reporting any variances
- Support all US, Canada, and Mexico Hilton branded properties participating in the program, providing mentorship on required approvals, information input, and meeting pickup for processing commission payments
- Assist with adjustments to commission payments as applicable
- Provide customer service support to meeting planner companies and perform functions related to special projects or ad-hoc requests

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional work experience required
- Entry level to three years of related work experience required
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Customer Service preferred
