Description:This position will be part of the Global Supply Chain Build-to-Print Airframe Competitive Sourcing Leadership Team.
What You Will Be DoingThis leader will execute high volume sourcing strategies for production and sustainment. This position is responsible for leading a team of professional Subcontract Administrators and Subcontract Managers who administer competitions for Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) program. They will collaborate across our Sourcing Leadership Team on the overall Acquisition Strategy across all the Programs we support. This position is responsible for directing all phases of the subcontracts from sourcing strategies, initiation, Request for proposals (RFP's), proposals, bid analysis/negotiations, issuing contracts, internal audits, executive reviews, supplier reviews, program reviews, contract closeout, compliance requirements and all associated metrics. This position is responsible for coordinating team member selection/hiring, training, development, performance and assessments, work assignments, and disciplinary actions. Travel domestically and internationally may be required

Background and knowledge of Lockheed Martin Tooling and Engineering

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
