Description:You will be the Financial Mgmt for the Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) Development & Engagement (D&E) team. Our team is responsible for supporting training, cultural, and transformation initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Mgmt you will be responsible for driving learning solutions that align with business priorities and foster a vibrant culture.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with F&BO stakeholders to identify training needs and priorities.
- Develop and deliver learning assets, including job aids, e‑learning, and instructor‑led sessions.
- Maintain the 1LMX Wiki, ensuring content relevance, accuracy, and accessibility.
- Champion digital tools to streamline content creation, delivery, and reporting.
- Support culture initiatives such as recognition programs and continuous learning events.
- Support a continuous learning culture by aiding in the Early Career Development Program (ECDP), Onboarding, Symposium Program, Mentoring program, and strengthening collaboration across the MFC F&BO hybrid workforce.
- Support MFC F&BO culture initiatives including F&BO recognition/award programs, coordinating recognition and networking events
- Obtain feedback from MFC F&BO community on training and culture and make recommendations on changes to team's strategy to meet their needs

Basic Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

- Track record of devising creative, efficient solutions (utilizing transformation tools including Power Query, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, Power BI, Tableau, AI, etc.)
- Ability to collect, analyze, and visualize (Power BI/Tableau) training metrics
- Experience planning recognition events and leading recognition programs.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and visualize training metrics
- Strong business acumen
- Experience in F&BO functional disciplines (program
finance, pricing/estimating, Controller, contracts, BX)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
