WHO WE ARELockheed Martin: An Award-Winning Place to WorkTHE WORKThe Lockheed Martin (LM) RMS Mission Systems Production Operations (MSPO) MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Project Engineer will serve as a member of the team developing and deploying the enterprise common Dassault Apriso instance to MSPO sites as part of LM’s transformation initiative. This role will contribute to the authoring of functional/technical specifications for RMS’ planned go-live schedule, as well as be a resource to translate what the future state will be to current MSPO factory employees.
Key responsibilities include:
• Development and authoring of functional and/or technical specifications related to future state Apriso MES.
• Understanding current and future state MES-relevant business processes to aide in creating site Change Impact Assessments.
• Supporting MES-related data conversion activities.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert on MSPO MES go-live and hypercare teams.
Position is virtual with some travel expected. Schedule is 4x10A Flex but some Friday and weekend support may be required.

• More than 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and/or manufacturing process engineering
• More than 5 years of experience with Dassault’s Apriso and/or iBaseT’s Solumina MES systems
• Experience training manufacturing personnel on new business systems
Desired Skills:• Experience with PTC’a Creo, Windchill or similar Product Lifecycle Management tool
• Experience with SAP’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) tools
• Experience with manufacturing quality discrepancy management systems
• Experience coordinating across multiple functional teams especially IT, E&T, Quality, and Production Operations
• Understanding of data migration, system integration (APIs, middleware), and testing frameworks for manufacturing systems
• Detail oriented execution and strong organizational skills
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on customer success
• Problem solving under pressure including decisive decision making and adaptability to fast changing schedules and priorities
• Familiarity with LM’s transformation future state architecture

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $120,100 - $208,150. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
