Participation in the program isintended to provide a well-rounded knowledge of the commercial real estatebusiness and valuable skills, earned by working alongside dedicatedprofessionals in the largest and most successful global commercial real estateservices firm.

As a program participant, you will also partake in learning anddevelopment activities designed especially for you.
What You'lldo
- Conductcompany, property and industry-specific research
- Leadand update prospects in an internal tracking database
- Assistin developing and preparing marketing and presentation materials
- Tracklocal and regional activity, e.g., economy, employment statistics, companyactivity, industry trends and demographics that affect the local real estatemarket
- Contributeto projects in support of business development
- Provide support with current deals, includingmarket surveys, proposal reviews and summaries, lease reviews, financialanalysis
Whatyou'll Need
Thisinternship is designed for candidates with a strong academic background.Applicants should be self-motivated, creative and focused, seeking to excel inthe commercial real estate industry.
- Current college freshman, sophomore, junior,senior, or graduate level student
- Preferred majors in Engineering, Finance, Business or Accounting or related
- Desire to work in thecommercial real estate industry
- Experience with MSOffice with preferred experience in Excel.
- Strong presentationskills
- Ability to network anddevelop positive relationships
- Diligent, highlyorganized, and detail oriented
- Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills
- Strong written and oralcommunication skills
- Ability to workindependently and collaboratively
