A Brief Overview
Responsible for scheduling Providers and ancillary staff in MinuteClinics to ensure adequate market coverage with the goal of keeping the clinics open 100% of the time. The MinuteClinic Region Coordinator must be able to navigate multiple scheduling platforms and look at overtime, the needs ofclinicsand understand the dynamic work environment andidentifyunique staffing needs of retail health clinics. Thecoordinatorwill work with their direct supervisor, the market leadership, and staff to analyze market-level scheduling and financial reports related to staffing & scheduling.
Position Summary
Ensures that markets are within staffing & scheduling budget, generate reports to ensureminimumhours/weekend shift requirements are being met,identifytrends in OT and non-clinical hours and for monthly financial trend reports for Area Directors and Chief Nurse Practitioner Officer.
Coordinates schedules with market leadership to find providers to fill open shifts caused by vacations, sick days, disability leave, jury duty, andlast-minutevacancies while minimizing overtime.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $31.30
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
