Use of technology is critical to this role, in order to drive efficiencies in processes that support resource assignments for capacity planning, resource utilization and project forecasting. This role entails having five or more years of experience with third-party subcontracting, vendor management, resource onboarding and resource project staffing.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with resource management, supply & demand planning, third-party subcontracting and resource onboarding.
- Experience in Resource Management and using resource scheduling tools.
- MS Office product experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, OneDrive) required.
- Experience of people management is preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.

- Attention to detail and ability to summarize for the intended audience.
- Must have diplomacy, be policy-driven, capable of handling sensitive financial information, and able to conduct business with the highest levels of ethics and personal integrity.
- Ability to prioritize, respond to competing internal/external customer needs in expedited fashion, commitment to follow through, diligent and customer service oriented.
- Experience working in a remote, non-office environment is beneficial.

- Understanding the key drivers of your line of business, and acting as a trusted business partner for your key stakeholder groups.
- Building an effective and productive relationship at manager level with those key stakeholder groups.
- Attending regular calls with those stakeholder groups, and occasionally hosting or attending ad hoc calls with those groups as required.
- Alerting stakeholders as and when policies and/or processes are changed, and communicating clearly on how these changes may affect different stakeholder groups.
- Using existing process and policy documents to identify a path to resolution, and where no current such path exists, assisting your direct reports with escalations to the relevant groups or people.
- Understanding the tools that are used by your direct reports and your line of business.
- Understanding the reports that are generated and distributed to your line of business, and in some case taking ownership of a specific report and sharing it with your line of business.
- Keeping informed on all aspects of the billable subcontractor process, and communicating any changes to policy and/or process to your direct reports and to your line of business.
