You will oversee the operation and maintenance of systems such as chillers, cooling towers, pumps, CRAHs, AHUs, CDUs, fan walls, and associated controls, ensuring uptime is protected and work is executed safely, consistently, and to Oracle standards. This role is focused on day-to-day plant operations and service execution rather than long-range design authority.

Key Responsibilities
Own mechanical plant readiness, including preventive maintenance, corrective work, inspections, restoration activities, and maintenance backlog management.
Manage Facilities Technicians, contractors, and service vendors, ensuring strong safety performance, quality of work, documentation rigor, and SLA adherence.
Track and improve KPIs such as equipment availability, backlog health, MTTR, repeat failures, maintenance completion, and corrective action closure.
Partner with engineering, commissioning, deployment, reliability, and controls teams on retrofits, upgrades, system turnover, and operational acceptance.
Maintain audit-ready records including procedures, service reports, maintenance history, turnover documentation, and CMMS data.
Support the Site Operations Director with status reporting, risk visibility, staffing readiness, and operational improvement initiatives for the mechanical plant.
5–8 years of experience in mechanical plant operations, HVAC service, critical cooling maintenance, or related uptime-critical environments such as data centers, healthcare, industrial plants, semiconductor, or large commercial facilities.
Strong knowledge of chilled water systems, cooling towers, pumps, CRAHs, AHUs, CDUs, and related controls platforms.
Experience managing vendors, maintenance programs, incident response, and service execution in 24x7 operations.
Preferred Skills / Certifications
Familiarity with predictive maintenance, trend analysis, controls integration, and operational performance monitoring.
