Acts as the primary point of contact for facility operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient building performance while coordinating maintenance, vendors, and service delivery.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee facility operations and building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety)
- Manage work orders and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance
- Source and manage vendors; verify compliance and performance
- Respond to facility emergencies and support 24/7 coverage as needed
- Maintain records, reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Manage inventory and procurement of supplies
- Coordinate with property management and parking vendors
Service Expectations
Emergency: 2-hour response | Urgent: 1 business day | Routine: 5 business days Provide monthly reporting and consistent stakeholder communication
