About The Role
CBRE’s InvestmentAccounting & Reporting Solutions group is seeking an Investment ReportingAnalyst who will provide monthly and quarterly investment reporting assistanceto the team. This is not a data analyst position; it requires familiar with fund accounting and alternative investment funds.
This job is partof the Investment Consulting job function. They are responsible for providingstrategic advice and direct implementation for real asset investors.
WhatYou'll Do
- Maintainand update investor static data across internal systems, ensuring accuracy andconsistency (legal entity details, contacts, banking instructions, tax status,etc.).
- Coordinateand manage KYC / AML onboarding and refresh processes in collaboration withCompliance, Fund Administration, and external service providers.
- Review andinterpret subscription documents, capital commitment agreements, side letters,operating agreements, and other investor legal documentation to ensure propersetup and ongoing servicing.
- Serve as aprimary point of contact for investor-related operational inquiries, providingtimely and professional responses.
- Supportinvestor onboarding for new funds, closings, transfers, and amendments,ensuring documentation completeness and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare,review, and distribute Investor NAV Statements, ensuring alignment with fundaccounting records.
- Coordinatewith Fund Accounting to process and reconcile capital activity, including: Subscriptionsand capital calls, redemptions and withdrawals, and distributions and return ofcapital.
- OverseeNAV statement preparation and distribution, including posting to investorportals where applicable.
- Performdetailed reviews of investor-facing statements to ensure accuracy,completeness, and consistency with governing documents.
- Ensureinvestor servicing processes and procedures are appropriately documented,maintained, and consistently followed.
- Participatein system initiatives (including Yardi or similar platforms) to streamline andautomate investor servicing, onboarding, and reporting workflows.
- Assistwith investor data validation, audits, and due diligence requests, as required.
- Identifyopportunities to increase efficiency, reduce operational risk, and improve theoverall investor experience through process and system enhancements.
- Support adhoc investor-related analyses or requests as needed.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or arelated field preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience in investorservices, fund accounting, fund administration, or public accounting. In lieuof a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Strong understanding of private fund structures,investor capital activity, and NAV reporting.
- Experience reviewing subscription agreements andinvestor legal documentation.
- Familiarity with KYC/AML requirements andcoordination with compliance teams.
- Experience with Yardi / Workiva /Investorreporting systems strongly preferred.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solvestandard problems.
- Experience with analyzing information andstandard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitivemindset.
- Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculatedifficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial relatedcalculations.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced,client‑focusedenvironment.
- Excellent communication skills and the abilityto partner with clients and cross‑functional teams.
- Strong quantitative skills, with the ability toperform moderately complex financial calculations such as percentages,fractions, and related numerical analyses.

The minimum salary for this position is $60,000annually and the maximum salary for this position is $80,000 annually. Thecompensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on thecandidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates willalso be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefitprogram.
