Position Summary
Provides executive administrative support services, such as scheduling coordination, document preparation and distribution, mail / email coordination, and other delegated Administrative Support for Enterprise Strategy business leads. Also may provide project management support as needed.
In this role you will support three Executive Leaders. You will independently provide advanced, diversified and confidential administrative support requiring broad experience, skill and knowledge of organization operations, policies and practices. Initiates correspondence, resolves complex inquiries, coordinates meetings and makes travel arrangements. Coordinates time commitments both internally and externally. Has authority to triage most issues in Managers’ absence.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducts routine complex administrative office coordination assuring smooth, timely, and efficient office operations for the group.
- Implements a high degree of customer service by fielding internal and external inquiries, finding resolutions, or redirecting as appropriate.
- Controls the internal and external department point of contact ensuring concise communication with employees, stakeholders, and members of the senior management.
- Manages workflow for incoming items to ensure that issues are directed to the appropriate area.
- Monitors status of delegated items to ensure closure. Majority of work involves confidential business material.
- Triages telephone calls and emails, ensuring that correct action is taken without direction from the Managers. Organizes, prioritizes, and responds to mail or email or directs to appropriate area for response. Monitors status to ensure closure.
- Authorized to manage calendar, making all changes independently, for both internal and external executive time commitments. Manages daily calendar to ensure that priorities are accomplished and unplanned items are address appropriately.
- Organizes and maintains files of supervisor's correspondence, records etc. following up on pending matters.
- Schedules, tracks, and organizes department activities, such as team meetings
- Provides meeting support, including developing and sending agendas and documenting and distributing meeting notes
- Authorized to approve expenditures up to assigned dollar amount.
- In Managers’ absence, has authority to triage most issues.
- May draft correspondence for Managers’ final approval
- Active participant in supporting team culture
- Leads or participates in special projects
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years executive administrative support experience.
- High level of organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and XLS
- Proven ability to problem solve and make decisions
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Education
Associate's degree and or equivalent relevant work experience.
NOTE: Ideal candidate will reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$22.59 - $53.95
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
