About The Role
As Program Management Analyst, you will collect, review, and present data that will assist with the development of multi-disciplined commercial real estate solutions. The Program Management Analyst will report into and support the Cost Management team within principal variable team.
This is a remote role with a preference for the selected candidate to be located in the Eastern or Central time zones.
This job is part of the Project Cost Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
What You’ll Do
- Attend regularly scheduled project control meetings with accounts and take/distribute meeting minutes.
- Support project managers and sr. cost management to estimate costs associated with the lease.
- Level all bid responses, organize data, and generate reports for Sr. management.
- Reconcile all estimates and change orders.
- Project Control documentation tracking: File and save all client purchase orders, executed work orders, forms of engagement, intercompany agreements, vendor contracts, etc.
- Review all applied costs toward allowances, contingencies, and reserves. Update the cost plan accordingly.
- Assist senior management with project closeout process.
- Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
- Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with company values.
- Impact the quality of own work.
- Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft D365 is strongly preferred.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
- Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
