Senior Lead Communications Consultant.
In this role, you will:- Executive Advisory: Advise Technology executives on messaging that drives alignment and business outcomes
- Strategic Communications: Develop executive communication strategies that amplify leader voice across audiences
- Content Development: Write and edit high-impact messages, announcements, and enterprise-wide updates
- Executive Preparation: Prepare executives with briefs, talking points, and rehearsals for key engagements
- Strategic Storytelling: Identify storytelling opportunities that promote initiatives and employee engagement
- Message Alignment: Align messaging with leader teams to ensure consistency across functions and levels
- Event Leadership: Lead town halls including content, invitations, delivery, and feedback reporting
- Performance Measurement: Measure communication performance metrics and optimize based on results
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner across communications teams to align strategy, channels, and narratives
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Experience designing executive communication strategies for enterprise or technology functions
- Experience advising senior leaders on high-profile internal communications and issues
- Experience preparing executives for speeches, town halls, and enterprise events
- Experience creating multi-channel content across digital, social, and internal platforms
- Experience measuring communication impact using data, analytics, and reporting tools
- Experience aligning messaging across complex organizations with multiple stakeholders

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
