Lead a team of QMS auditors responsible for maintaining the main AS9100 certification and engagement with the certification body.

Oversee and maintain the Pratt & Whitney internal audit procedures, standard work, and processes to ensure consistent application across the enterprise.

Ensure compliance with the Pratt & Whitney Quality Management System and execution of regulatory and customer-specific requirements for audit, including coordination with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).

Develop and implement internal audit process harmonization and certification management across Pratt & Whitney, fostering a culture of quality and compliance across the enterprise.

Manage the EtQ audit and corrective action system to track and close out audit findings and ensure compliance with applicable procedures and standards.

Provide functional oversight and governance of certifications outside the primary Pratt & Whitney AS9100 certification.

Develop and monitor quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal & external audits and certification.

Report audit metrics and findings to Pratt & Whitney and RTX leadership, ensuring timely and accurate communication of audit performance/trends.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or a related technical field and 12 years of experience in quality systems, auditing, regulatory compliance, or related roles in aerospace, defense, or a similarly regulated industry; or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience.

In-depth knowledge of AS91XX standards and regulatory requirements.

Ability to gain and/or maintain AS9100 lead auditor certification.

Proven experience managing internal audit programs, including scheduling, execution, and reporting.

Strong expertise in corrective action processes and tools, preferably with experience using EtQ platforms.

Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and managing enterprise-wide compliance programs.

Ability to travel ~30%.
Qualifications We Prefer:

AS9100 lead auditor certification.

Familiarity with DCMA audit and corrective action management processes.

Familiarity with RTX policy compliance and reporting frameworks.

Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in auditing and certification management.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
