What We're Looking For
Are you a strategic sales leader who blends relationship-building with a sharp eye for the bottom line?
To drive our expansion across the Mediterranean, we are looking for a commercially-minded
Channel Account Manager based in Athens. This is a high-impact role where you will not only manage a partner ecosystem but also take full ownership of the revenue, forecasting, and strategic sales planning for Greece, Cyprus, Malta, and Gibraltar.
As our Channel Account Manager, you will be accountable for the entire sales life-cycle within your region, from the initial high-level planning to the final closing of deals through our partners.
Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for meeting and exceeding sales targets across your four-country territory. You will manage the commercial health of your region, balancing margins and market share.
- Develop and execute multi-year business plans. You will identify market trends, white-space opportunities, and competitive threats to ensure Zebra stays ahead.
- You will be responsible for accurate weekly and quarterly forecasting, ensuring the business has a clear, predictable view of future revenue.
- Work with existing partners to grow their Zebra business through training and strategic alignment.
- Actively hunt for and onboard new partners and leads to increase our footprint in under-penetrated markets.
Qualifications
- Approximately 5 years of proven B2B sales or account management experience, specifically within the technology sector or a channel-heavy environment.
- Strong experience in sales forecasting, funnel management, and territory planning. You should be comfortable working with CRM tools and data to drive your decisions.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Greek, alongside fluent English (written and spoken), is essential.
- A self-starter who is comfortable managing a large, multi-country territory with approximately 50% travel.
- A proven track record of managing high-value deals and navigating complex commercial negotiations.

Incentive Compensation
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role an opportunity to earn variable compensation in the form of commission for achieving quota, at 67% , in accordance with the terms of the applicable sales incentive plan.
