Job Description Summary
Leads department responsible for developing and delivering client reporting on behalf of the entire Clinical Program suite. Deeply understands the Care Management market landscape and client expectations on client reporting. Develops the report’s value story, the creation of impactful visualizations, and generation of the reports.
Provides our account teams with the tools needed to successfully deliver reports and when necessary, presents results directly to clients.
Manages custom client or internal questions by providing strategic recommendations or custom reports based on data insights. Fosters collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring data governance and compliance, and driving continuous learning and skill development within the team. Drives work with a customer centric mentality.
What you will do
- Manage a team that builds intuitive visualizations and interactive dashboards that enable stakeholders to explore and understand complex healthcare data easily.
- Understand market landscape of other Care Management programs and deliver a best in class reporting suite.
- Own the development and maintenance of client reporting, marketing stats, and internal operational reporting for our products. Ensuring that all analysis’s are completed in alignment with contractual obligations and meet standard for analytic rigor and integrity.
- Partner with our client facing teams, or client’s themselves, to review client specific performance and outcomes and answer any precipitating questions.
- Partner with teams of analysts, data scientists, and clinical experts focused on analyzing and interpreting healthcare data, such as patient outcomes, financial performance, operational efficiency, and market trends.
- Partner with technical resources to ensure existing infrastructure, tooling, and data availability exists. Ensure sufficient collection, integration, and management of data from various sources within the organization- ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Partner with product design teams to understand product changes and ensure internal and external reporting is always in line with design and intent.
- Strategically present analytical findings to all levels of leadership to inform potential financial risk and product design opportunities.
- Explore innovative analytics approaches and advocate for the adoption of advanced analytics techniques, such as machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Leverage predictive modeling techniques and forecasting methods to identify trends, patterns, and future scenarios that facilitate future resource planning and demand forecasting processes.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to organizational growth and development strategies.
- Extract insights from vast amounts of data - enabling the organization to optimize processes, improve outcomes, and stay competitive in the dynamic healthcare landscape.
For this role you will need Minimum Requirements
- 10 + years of experience in business strategy, technology strategy, or a relevant role.
- 5 + years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) preferred.
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Strong communication skills to both analytical, business, and leadership stakeholders.
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork

Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred; may consider comparable work experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
