Raytheon is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer, in support of the Global ISR Sensors and Software business. You will manage supplier quality performance through prevention, monitoring/escalation processes, processing of supplier submission of non-conforming material. Manage/Support supplier qualification/ certification.
*This position will be located ONSITE at our Westford, MA facility.

What You Will Do

Oversee supplier quality activities, including qualifications, certifications, source inspections, material releases, and FAI verification.

Manage non conforming material, escape management, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions to improve supplier performance.

Analyze quality data to identify systemic issues and drive improvements using PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow/Control Plans, SPC, and related tools.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve quality issues, ensure contract requirements (including PPAP) are met, and support factory acceptance testing.

Lead quality improvement initiatives, support ad hoc tasks, and travel domestically up to 25% as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

Experience with GD&T (ASME 14.5)

Experience working with Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001, AS9100, and AS9102.

Experience conducting failure analysis and root cause analysis, as well as implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Experience reviewing technical data packages (TDPs) and managing documentation within a document repository.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
