What You Will Do:
-
Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, partner with cross functional team members to develop creative solutions and resolve contractual matters.
-
Effectively communicate with internal and external customers to establish mutually beneficial relationships and influence business decisions.
-
Effectively manage contractual scope and terms and conditions to ensure work is performed to the overall contract scope.
-
Partner with cross functional team members in the analysis of Requests for Proposal (RFP), development of proposals, proposal reviews and coordination, negotiation, contractual agreements, contracts implementation, as well as general contract administration.

Investigate and resolve complex contractual matters by applying astute critical thinking, gathering detailed information, seeking creative contracting techniques, and proactively collaborating with relevant stakeholders.

Provide strategic advice and guidance on numerous contractual rights/ obligations, regulations, and policy/procedure to mitigate risks and unauthorized changes.

Multi-task routine and complex contract and proposal activities while responding to unplanned quick response requirements as they emerge.

Minimal domestic travel.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
-
Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements
-
Experience with U.S. Government contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)
-
Experience as a Contracts Lead and/or leading contracts negotiations with customer
-
Experience with CPIF type contracts and Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience with administration and negotiation of complex proposals and contracts

Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders, including customers and leadership teams

Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and develop effective relationships with internal and external customers based on respect and trust

Experience interfacing with DCAA and DCMA supporting proposal reviews, audits, and fact-finding

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
