Overview
The Janitorial Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, ensuring facilities are maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition. This role supervises janitorial staff, manages schedules, enforces safety and quality standards, and ensures client satisfaction.
Pay: $20.00/hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead janitorial staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Inspect work areas regularly to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards
- Assign daily tasks and monitor completion of cleaning duties
- Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures
- Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate reordering as needed
- Address and resolve employee or client concerns in a timely manner
- Conduct safety meetings and ensure OSHA and company compliance standards are followed
- Track attendance, payroll inputs, and productivity metrics
- Communicate with management and clients regarding service quality and improvements
- Assist with cleaning duties as needed during staffing shortages or peak times

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
