Multiple positions are available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time role offers a consistent weekday schedule from 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM, totaling 35 hours each week. You’ll provide essential support to a caseload of approximately 55 students, collaborating with dedicated educators and families to foster academic and personal growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current California SLP license and ASHA CCC (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Prior experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy sessions and consultative services for students with varying speech and language abilities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school activities as needed
