Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You
This is an opportunity to globally impact how guests define Lifestyle Hospitality. We are looking to add to our in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for all of Hilton's unique brands! As Senior Manager, Lifestyle Brand Operations, you will support the team that helps strengthen and grow brands including Canopy, Motto, Graduate, Outset, Curio, Tapestry, and emerging brands across Hilton's Lifestyle Portfolio.
On our team, great brand work lives in the details. We are thoughtful, curious, and always pushing to make the guest experience feel more intentional, more distinctive, and more relevant. We value people who ask smart questions, notice what others miss, and are energized by turning ideas into experiences guests can actually feel.
On the Lifestyle Brand Operations team, reporting to the Director, Lifestyle Brand Management, you will help turn brand strategy into practical tools, training, and hotel-ready execution. You will support initiatives across brand operations, guest experience, openings, and team member capability building with a U.S. base and global touchpoints.
What You'll Do During a Typical Day
- Partner with a collaborative Brand Operations team to turn strategy into clear, practical resources that hotel teams can use every day.
- Guide complex, cross-functional project management across a global, matrixed organization.
- Own planning, agendas, and storytelling for key forums, Hotel Leader Summits, and capability‑building programs across the Lifestyle portfolio.
- Create, track, and communicate the impact of Brand Operations efforts through clear reporting and recommendations.
- Work with teams to develop training, guides, self-audit tools, and guest experience resources that support brand consistency and stronger on-property execution.
- Manage Lifestyle touchpoints within the openings process and broader Brand Operations work. This includes understanding hotel KPIs, developing and improving upon hotel support resources, and creating and leading trainings for teams on new tools and best practices.
How You'll Collaborate With Others
- Work closely with partners across Brand Management, Brand Operations, Learning & Development, Openings, Owner Relations, Hotel Operations, and other teams to bring brand initiatives to life.
- Collaborate with hotel leaders, management companies, and internal stakeholders to support openings, training rollouts, and execution in the field.
- Participate in and help lead recurring forums, working sessions, and brand meetings tied to operations, guest experience, and portfolio priorities.
Deliverables You'll Take Ownership Of
- Oversee the project management and help deliver training at important forums and capability-building programs that help hotel teams understand priorities, build skills, and implement with consistency.
- Build guest experience tools, playbooks, and operational resources that shape how Lifestyle brands come to life on property.
- Support openings across the portfolio with practical tools and guidance that help hotels deliver the intended brand experience from Day 1.

You Have These Minimum Qualifications
