The Unlicensed Associate operates as a team member to support clients and customer service representatives. The candidate would be providing excellent customer service to customers via email, Messaging, and phone in matters dealing with account related questions. Strong customer service, relationship building, and communication are essential in this role. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years’ experience with proven skills in a customer service or financial brokerage services industry.
