About The Role
As a CBRE Hospitality/WorkplaceAssistant, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure thatfacility tasks and work orders are complete. This job is a part of theFacilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of theoperations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managersregarding all repairs and investment plans.

- Maintaining pantryand office spaces
- Respond to clientinquires and concerns, ensuring prompt and quality service delivery and conduct follow upsto ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resetting andcleaning of shared spaces, meeting rooms, conference areas and hotel desks.
- Assisting insetting up catering and drinks for meetings are per requests.
- Setting up meetingroom configuration as per client requirements, confirm bookings and pack downand reset of spaces where required.
- Create work ordersand assign to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors.
- Communicate workorders to technicians and aid management in problem-solving.
- Generate reportson open and closed work orders and verify their status with the appropriatetechnician or vendor.
- Maintain recordssuch as work orders, proposals, and department files.
- Create vendorfiles and check the accuracy of the completed paperwork.
- Ensure vendorsunderstand work order and billing procedures.
- Process invoicesand ensure the correct cost center coding is used.
- Assist with theinspections on the facility campus.
- Assist withprocess and procedure training.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum of twoyears of related experience and/or training.
- Capability to understand and interpret instructions and correspondence, withthe confidence to ask questions to ensure comprehension.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers,and/ or supervisor.
- Ability to effectively present information to an internal colleagues.
- Basic analytical abilities and knowledge of financial terms and principles.Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
- Capability to comprehend and execute general instructions and solve problems incommon situations.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word andOutlook.
- Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs andladders and the ability to lift and carry heavy loads of 40 lbs. or more.
- Decision making ability with a general understanding of procedures and companypolicies to achieve goals and deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Pay Disclaimer: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum rate for the Facilities Assistant position is $45,000 annually and the maximum rate for the Facilities Assistant position is $50,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
