As a CBRE FacilitiesCoordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensurethat facility tasks and work orders are complete.
This job is a part of theFacilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of theoperations of a set of assets, providing support to the Operation Managersregarding all repairs, maintenance, work orders, purchase orders and invoicing.
What You’ll Do
- Work with service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
- Processpurchase orders; support purchase order tracking and issue resolution.
- Managevendor invoices and support accounts payable processing, including verifyingcoding, allocations, and required documentation.
Assist manager with facilities capital and operatingexpense budgets; support tracking and reporting against budget
- SupportCMMS (computerized maintenance management system) administration, includingreviewing open work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Acknowledgeall client inquiries and ad hoc requests
- Collect information reports to find out performance and progress status.
- File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
- Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions.
- Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Data Center Facilities Coordinator position is $55,000 annually or $26.44/hr and the maximum salary of $70,000 annually or 33.65/hr. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
