Raytheon is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join the Stinger Product Line team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is capable of developing and achieving program objectives in a matrix environment and is able to successfully interface with functional and program leadership. In this highly visible role, you’ll be a member of the Stinger Missile Capture and Strategy Team, and as the Supply Chain Manager you will be the liaison between Supply Chain and the Stinger Missile Capture and Strategy Team. You’ll be responsible for developing Material Product Strategies and Material Product Plans to ensure the flawless execution of products while also supporting execution of development efforts related to the Stinger Product Line.
What You Will Do
-
Coordinate Supply Chain and Proposal activities.

Financial management (i.e., EV, budgets, targets, working capital, material sales forecasts, etc.).

Overall ownership of the supplier management process (i.e., Supplier Risk/Opportunity Management Plan, supplier performance, Small Business plan development and execution, metrics, international issues, develop/evaluate the Make-Buy/Make-Where strategy, the Collaborative Agreement process, etc.), and communication of customer flow through requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offset, public law, quality, warranty, etc.

Act as the Control Account Manager (CAM).

Develop and execute material product strategies.

Manage product purchase/subcontract requirements.

Create and track key product area performance metrics.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.

Experience working with or at an Aerospace/Defense company.

Experience in Supply Chain, Project/Program Management, Finance, or Operations.

Experience with SAP or ERP systems and managing proposals.

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience managing requirements to a schedule and budget.

Experience interacting with senior levels of leadership effectively – both internal and external.

Experience with Supplier management and/or Subcontract management.

Experience working in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
