Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Roofing & Gutter Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new leads and expand existing accounts within assigned territories
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and consultations to showcase roofing and gutter solutions tailored to customer needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing deals, including cold calling, follow-ups, and negotiations
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business
- Utilize CRM software such as JobNimbus to track prospects, manage contacts, and analyze sales data for targeted marketing efforts
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking events, and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with management on territory management strategies to maximize sales potential and optimize resource allocation
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the construction or home improvement industry is preferred
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and account management
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-focused approach to service delivery
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and upsell additional services or products when appropriate
- Strong analysis skills to interpret market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Exceptional communication skills for cold calling, inside sales, and territory management
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Must be comfortable climbing ladders & getting on roofs
- Must have 2+ years of Sales experience and/or 2+ years of experience in construction
